Plan your Holiday:

Vacation in the ski paradise

Schmittenhöhe, Kitzsteinhorn, Saalbach-Hinterglemm up to Leogang & Fieberbrunn

Endless winter sports fun is waiting for you in the ski region Zell am See. This is guaranteed by 408 perfectly groomed slope kilometers and 121 ski resorts including glacier ski region with the new SKI ALPIN CARD. With only one ski pass you will be able to conquer the various ski runs in the Ski Circus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, on the Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See and on the Kitzsteinhorn in Kaprun.

The Schmittenhöhe

The Schmittenhöhe is the local mountain and probably offers Austria’s most beautiful view. You will look at thirty 3,000m-summits and have a guarantee of snow – you will be thrilled by this stunning ski region, on skis and on the snowboard.

The Schmittenhöhe offers slopes of all difficulty levels: two long and difficult ski runs leading to the valley, among them one of the most challenging ones of Austria – the “Trass”-slope, three medium ski runs and one high altitude skiing area up to 2,000m with easy, medium and difficult slopes. Beginners will find easy practice slopes in the valley too. Another reason making the Schmittenhöhe that popular is the many cozy ski lodges.

Highlights like the longest fun slope, two fun parks for children, a designer-gondola by the Porsche Design Studio Zell am See, photo points, a ski movie slope and a night slope are waiting to be discovered by you.

The Kitzsteinhorn

3,000m above the ground: the Kitzsteinhorn, Salzburg’s highest lookout point and all-the-year ski region.

Our glacier ski region on the Kitzsteinhorn in Kaprun offers you skiing fun and a guarantee of snow the entire year. (Our tip for the summer vacation: skiing on the “Kitz” in the morning, swimming in the lake of Zell or playing golf in the afternoon!) The Kitzsteinhorn has wide, gentle slopes as well as mogul slopes on the glacier and challenging slopes in the medium alpine area. Skiers, snowboarders and freeskiers will be equally satisfied.

So, let’s get on your skis!

The ski region Saalbach-Hinterglemm

Not too far away from Zell am See you can find the ski region Saalbach-Hinterglemm. Since the winter season of 2019/2020 the two ski regions Zell am See and Saalbach-Hinterglemm are connected. 200 well groomed slope kilometers, snow parks, 10km cross-country ski tracks, speed tracks and carving tracks are waiting for you.

With only one ski pass you will experience marvelous winter fun!
